The watermark scales with each photo, so it looks the same on a portrait and a landscape shot. Photos are processed on your device; nothing is uploaded.
Which style should you use?
- Corner, 40–60% opacity — the classic photographer's signature. Unobtrusive, but easy to crop out.
- Centre, 20–30% opacity — harder to remove, still lets people see the photo. Good for proofs.
- Tiled — the strongest protection. Use it for client previews, stock samples and product photos you're worried about being lifted.
Tips
- Use a transparent PNG logo, not a JPG with a white box around it.
- White text with the subtle shadow the tool adds reads on almost any photo.
- Watermark copies. Keep your clean originals for printing and paid delivery.
